A Child Support Agreement Letter is a document that can be used to settle the main conditions of a Child Support Agreement between the involved parties (parents, legal guardians). The purpose of the letter is to cover the terms of the agreement and to provide information to the recipient of the letter.

The parent (or legal guardian) who is sending the document is referred to as the Sender, while the parent (or legal guardian) who is receiving the document is referred to as the Addressee. Normally, it should include the following parts:

  1. The Sender . In the first part of the document, the sender is required to provide their full name, and postal address.
  2. The Addressee . Here, the sender is supposed to designate the full name and the postal address of the addressee.
  3. Date . The date when the sender has completed the Child Support Agreement Letter and sent it to the addressee must be included in the document.
  4. Subject . The sender can state the subject of the letter by including this line in the letter. The topic of the document can be indicated as "Child Support Terms" or "Child Support Agreement Conditions."
  5. Introduction . This section of the letter can be used by the sender to express their desire to follow the conditions they have described further and provide child support for their child (children).
