The Tamil Nadu Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme is a government-led initiative that provides funding and support for the creation of new jobs, as well as training and skill development for young people to help them become more employable, with the goal of reducing youth unemployment and improving economic opportunities in the state.
UYEGP Tamil Nadu : The Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Program was launched by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department of the Tamil Nadu government (UYEGP). This UYEGP program’s main goal is to reduce unemployment among the socially and economically disadvantaged section of the population, especially among the educated unemployed who wish to establish their own service, manufacturing, or business enterprises and become self-employed by obtaining Loans with state government subsidies.
