All DHMP members have access to the Denver Health NurseLine.NurseLine medical staff can provide free medical advice, if you are not sure what to do. Our DHMP Complex Case Management team assists and empowers members to manage their health. Complex Case Management a no-cost program. Our Case Managers can help members to meet their health care needs by coordinating services and benefits. We can also provide support for health-related decisions.
