Telehealth

Access to telehealth services can make getting care easier and more convenient. Sometimes the best thing for you and your family is to get the health care you need from your home. All DHMP plan members have access to telehealth services.

NurseLine

All DHMP members have access to the Denver Health NurseLine.NurseLine medical staff can provide free medical advice, if you are not sure what to do. They can also help you decide if you need to see a provider or go to the emergency room. Talk with a nurse at the Denver Health NurseLine by calling 303-739-1261.

Help With Complex Needs

Our DHMP Complex Case Management team assists and empowers members to manage their health. Complex Case Management a no-cost program. Our Case Managers can help members to meet their health care needs by coordinating services and benefits. We can also provide support for health-related decisions.

Help With Basic Needs

Denver Health recognizes that health care does not end with a patient's visit to a provider, clinic or hospital. A lack of access to quality food, housing, jobs and transportation can be associated with worse health outcomes.
